In this article we have given the three months trends of 30 year FRM, 5/1 ARM, 15 Year FRM and 1 Year ARM.

Following the above graph which starts from 20th February as you can see that 30 year ARM was at 5.04%, same rates were possessed by 5/1 ARM while 1 Year ARM was at 4.80%. After that the rates of 30 year FRM, 5/1 ARM, 15 Year FRM and 1 Year ARM continues to rise till 6th March and after we have seen a decline in the rates of all of them.
On 3rd April you can seen that the rates were at the lowest levels showing 30 year FRM at 4.78% and 1 year ARM was at 4.75% after that there comes several ups and downs in the rates of 30 year FRM, 5/1 ARM, 15 Year FRM and 1 Year ARM but here you should notice that as compared to others the 15 year FRM rates were quite stable during the ups and downs in rates from 3rd April to 22nd May.
After that we can see a rise in the rates of 30 year FRM and a fall in the rates of 1 year ARM so on 29th May 30 year FRM has the rate 4.91% and 1 year ARM has the rate 4.69% which was lower than what it was on 3rd April, after that all the rates starts rising and on 12th June all of them reach their highest levels that we have seen in the last three months, at this level the 30 year FRM rate was 5.59% and 1 year ARM rate was 5.04%, soon after that the rates starts declining and on 19th June the rates of 15 Year FRM was 5.38% whereas the rates of 1 year ARM was 4.95%.
