You don&#039;t want to let things get that far - even though being chased for debt feels like intimidation and harassment, it might be easier initially to bite the bullet and discuss things with the lender and come to an agreement to make reduced payments. If you&#039;ve made the effort, but they are still being unreasonable, then write the letter to ask them to desist. And always always keep records of all discussions with lenders, so that if it does come to court, you can prove you were reasonable.</description>
