First of all write a letter to your debtors about the unpaid debt. In the letter you will mention:
Amount of debt they have.

due date.

The time you want the debt to be paid.
warn them about what would be your next step.
If still your debt wont be paid, then tell them you will pass the debt to a debt recovery agency or would sue.
After that, send the letter by recorded delivery so that debtor won’t deny that he haven’t received the letter. Keep a copy of letter to yourself. A letter with polite but firm words can encourage the debtor to pay his/her debt.
Somehow if the debtor fails to respond your letter then make phone call to a senior person in the business. Arrange a meeting in business premises and discuss about the problem.
